When the ripple began.
When I was conceived a new ripple began.......
With 55+ years of living, 35+ years of studying and practicing nursing, 25+ years of being a mother, and 20+ years studying ancient wisdom from many traditions, I am now aware of just how little I “know.” How much re-membering I have left to look forward to.
This awareness has created opportunities for unlimited possibilities.

Throughout life we travel on roads often unfamiliar and unknown.
For goodness sake, when born, what an unknown road we travel from within to without.
I have had the privilege of bumping into and stumbling over and experiencing challenges that during those times, I perceived as barriers and failures.
Physical, emotional and spiritual health “challenges,” which I was taught to, or believed I was “supposed to,” wish away or push down, or in, I now see as the strength, vitality, perseverance, resilience, vulnerability, and catalysts for the changes that followed.
Perhaps those experiences became the super powers that built the foundation that was required before taking my next steps into the next moments of uncertainty and unknown.
Finding my “Whys” along the way provided reason to take next steps and the reasons began to reveal some innate wisdom, which I had forgotten.
Why should I? Why would I? Who am I?
Just a few of the questions (that I asked myself and others asked me) leading to some of MY “re-membering”
Each question tapped into a lost or forgotten piece of MY WHOLE.
Sometimes keeping my head above the water and my feet solidly on the ground has and does seem daunting.
Finding the “correct,” for me, aligned people and places, finding the correct, for me, resources and tools have allowed the “Whys?” to over time become “Whys dome”
an overarching dome of re-membering.)
And then the “Hows?”’ seemed often to without effort follow.
Without community and connections I was not
“re-membering.”
