Toning and sound with voice and instruments - self healing practice 

Easy Flow Movement to shift the subtle energies of the biofield

We end the day with a sound bath experience

This is a stress free day intended to induce a sense of well being, encourage joy, and the balancing effects of playful, creative expression in a safe and loving environment.
