I have had a marvelous experience with Ripples to Re-membering Wellness and I am so grateful for the wonderful services Carrie Lee offers.
Her space is welcoming, the offerings were perfectly aligned with what I needed. Her professionalism and kindness infuse the space with a supportive and loving light. I felt seen and heard and the conversation was truly heartwarming. I had never experienced a colon hydrotherapy session, so had no idea what to expect, her clear guidance and gentle approach gave me a sense of ease, I felt NO discomfort - which honestly surprised me! I actually enjoyed the feeling of being cleansed inside and out! Her bodywork session released a lot of stuck energy, that I had no idea was "stuck"... but let me tell you! I am currently watching life flow at an exponential and lovely rate now! The foot soak wrapped up the day, and the peace, the love and the centering that I felt at the conclusion was perfect! Highly recommend! She has so many offerings and collaborations that are happening in the community, her center is going to be a place to go, for community, for connection, for receiving and for growing!

I am most grateful for the healing heart and hands of CarrieLee. On two separate occasions, after pulling some lower back muscles and tweaking my knee Carrie Lee had me on her table for about 15 minutes each session. Her skill and touch points were right on target.

I have known Carrie for several years, first as a co-worker in a hospital setting, later as my practitioner and finally but most importantly as my friend.  Carrie and I worked as a team in a medical setting, she as a nurse casemanager and I found Carrie to not be only smart and knowledgeable, but wise patient and thoughtful with the ability to advocate for her patients while being respectful and collaborative with the team. .... as a professional I came to Carrie with a shoulder problem, raising my right arm above shoulder height was not possible without pain.  She approached the problem from all aspects of my physical being and came up with a solution that corrected the problem in just one visit.  Each and every time I have sought out Carrie......she consistently approached the issue in a methodical and thoughtful way.....
